TICKETS
FOR AUTUMN INTERNATIONALS 2006
All your
requests by next Tuesday 5th September.
The three
main fixtures are as follows:
Wales v Australia
4th November ko 14:30
Wales v Pacific
Islands 11th November ko 14:30
Wales v New
Zealand 25th November ko 17:30.
The arrangements
for requesting tickets are as follows.
Packages are
available for the above three fixtures priced at £99, which
will give you one £33 ticket for each of the three games.
Alternatively you may apply individually for each fixture. There
are a limited number of tickets at £33 with the majority
of tickets available at £45.
This year
to assist in the allocation and distribution of tickets, each
request for tickets must be accompanied by a deposit of £20
per ticket request. Cheques should be made payable to “Clwb
Rygbi Caernarfon”
Multiple requests will be accepted however the deposit must reflect
the amount of tickets requested. i.e. a person requesting three
tickets must forward a £60 deposit.
In the event
that any fixture is oversubscribed, singleton applications will
be serviced first. I will then contact individuals to discuss
either alternatives or the refunding of their deposit. With this
in mind it is vital that up to date contact details are provided
to allow me to make contact with members in these tight timescales.
Once the allocations have been confirmed the deposits will be
presented into the clubs account. The current plan is that all
members should know if they are successful in their application
by 8th September, allowing sufficient time to arrange accommodation
transport etc etc.
To assist
with the application process Gareth LlanrugI will be in the Clubhouse
this Thursday evening from 8:00pm and on Saturday for the First
XV’s opening League fixture against Colwyn Bay. HeI will
accept ticket requests via Email, however the request must be
followed up with the required deposit.
